Relentless

Rekindled is Live!

I have so much to share with you this post! Okay, here goes…

First off, Rekindled is officially live on Amazon. It will appear in the near future on Barnes & Noble, Kobo and iBooks (Apple), and in paperback as well. Woot! I’m so excited for you to read Alex and Grace’s story.

Secondly, I’ve bundled the first three books of the Titanium Security Series, for those of you who prefer box sets. This first set includes Ignited, Singed and Burned, for $5.99.

Thirdly, I’ve received the rights back to 4 of the 5 books in my Suspense Series, and have revised them. Some are already up for sale in both digital and paperback, and hopefully all of them will be available in both formats by next weekend.

Here are the gorgeous new covers and the scoop on the new editions:

Book #1, Out of Her League: has been heavily revised, and I’m offering it for $0.99 until the end of the month. It’s basically still the same storyline, but stronger and tighter.

Book #2, Cover of Darkness: has not been changed at all, since my publisher still holds the rights and will continue to do so for several more years.

Book #3, No Turning Back: same story, only tighter.

Book #4, Relentless: ditto, although it’s not expected to be up at retail sites until late next week.

Book #5, Absolution: my favorite book of the series! I’ve tightened it and tweaked a few things. I love the cover image of Luke with his distinguished head of gray-streaked hair, and Em wearing her long wig while she faces her brave battle with breast cancer.

I hope you love this new look for the Suspense Series as much as I do! I’ll be holding a Facebook and Twitter party to celebrate the release of Rekindled in about 10 days, so stay tuned for more details!

Until then, happy reading.

Relentless Takes 3rd

Rhys and Neveah took 3rd place in the ACRWA Heart of Excellence Awards! I’m thrilled because I think Relentless and Absolution are the best books of the series, and yet they’re the two books that haven’t sold/placed as well as the others. Go figure.

At any rate, I’m happy to have an accolade to put next to Relentless 🙂

Rhys and Luke Goodness

Yesterday I was notified that both Relentless and Absolution are finalists in the 2011 Heart of Excellence Awards! I’m very excited about this, because though they’d never say so, I think Rhys and Luke were feeling a bit left out since all the other guys have won/finaled in other RWA published contests. Winners won’t be announced until October, but at least now I’ve got some sort of accolade to put next to their books on my website.

Looking for some awesome summer reads? You’re in luck. For the next two weeks, all of us over at Writers Gone Wild are hosting a contest there. Each weekday we’ll be posting about a different sort of hero, so drop by and leave a comment for a chance to win one of two bundles of great prizes from all of us. My post will be up this Wednesday, featuring the courageous military hero and why he’s the best kind of hero. To me that’s really kind of self explanatory, but I don’t mind spelling it out for everyone 🙂

Finally, I’ve got my writing alter ego up and running over on Goodreads and Facebook. Just look me up as Callie Croix to learn about my upcoming August and November releases.

Hope you’re all having a safe and happy summer!

Kaylea at SOS Aloha

Today I’m a guest at SOS Aloha, where I’ve been interviewed by the fabulous Kim Adams, Air Force veteran, romance fan, and supporter of U.S. military personnel.

Come by and check out all the giveaways happening there, including books donated by authors like Roxanne St. Clair and Caridad Pineiro, as well as some Wild Rose Press authors. Enter the contest and support our troops at the same time.

Kim will be giving away one of my print books on her blog, so please stop by and leave a comment to enter. Would love to see you there!
